SHIPPING

Shipping Policy

 

All of our products are shipped to you from our warehouses in Germany and France, using a secure, tracked shipping method. At this time we ship exclusively within Germany.

 

Please allow 1 to 2 business days to process your order before it is dispatched. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email and can expect delivery based on the timelines below. Please note that delivery times are estimates.

 

Shipping Options

 

Standard shipping is free on all orders. Delivery takes 4 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch.

 

Express shipping is insured and costs 4.95 EUR. Delivery takes 2 to 3 business days from the date of dispatch.

 

Order cancellations or changes to the delivery address are not possible once an order has been placed, so please double check your details at checkout.

 

We ship only on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on the weekend are processed on the next business day.

 

Delays

 

Delivery times may occasionally be extended due to high order volumes, weather conditions, or delays caused by the shipping carrier that are outside of our control. We appreciate your understanding during busier periods.

 

Damaged Packages

 

If your package arrives damaged, please email us at info@dormno.com within 5 business days of delivery and include photos of the damage so that we can assist you further.
